Terrible service from the team. Insane return policy. Once you buy the product and come to know that it doesn’t suit your furniture setting, they don’t allow you to return it within 24 hours however other dealers does allow. Less collection within the store. 0/5 stars. To the owner - be customer centric, or else you lose business.
Pathetic service from the team. This place doesn’t have enough rug collections when compared with the other stores. They don’t provide free trial services when compared with their competitors in the markets. They don’t provide refunds even if you return it back within 24 hours and receipt in hand. We had to revisit the stores thrice in 3 days because of their insane return/exchange policy as our rug when installed didn’t suit the surroundings. Terrible service. 0/5 stars.
