Walked into the store ready to purchase a rug. Had a sample and asked do you have anything like this. The staff member quickly said “no “ I then spotted several like the sample I provided and asked “do you have them in this colour “ Again “ no “ . No recommendations No help. Was ready to purchase a rug and ended up walking off as the staff member was so dismissive. I was the only person in the store he was just disinterested in helping.
Great to deal with, really helpful. The rug we chose didn’t work in our room, no issues to swap it out. Highly recommended
