Simon was so friendly and professional. I felt that Simon put a lot of effort into my home inspection and as a result I felt that I could buy my house with the confidence that I was fully informed. Simon accommodated us by providing us with our detailed report in the same day as our inspection (as per our request). **two months in** We realized that Simon unfortunately missed 3 major things.

Whenever I didn’t understand something, Simon used plain language and re-explained things to me. I would recommend anyone to use his services!
It was a pleasure to contract with Simon for a home inspection. I greatly appreciated his ability to accommodate my last-minute request and provide a timely, in-depth, professional inspection. Simon is highly knowledgeable and provides feedback in easy-to-understand terms. He is also a valuable resource for addressing concerns, including recommending service providers. I highly recommend Simon for your home inspection needs!
