I won an item in one of their online auctions. When I called to pay for it, the auctioneer told me they lost it. Which was very upsetting because it was a rare and irreplaceable piece. But the worst part is how I was treated, like I didn't matter. The auctioneer was very dismissive, and when I questioned what could have happened to it and asked that he look into it, he became very angry and condescending, like I did something wrong. Don't worry sir, you will never have to deal with me again!

I give Ray Maynard 5 stars because he was the rudest most inconsiderate arrogant man I have ever run across in my 91 years. He was a friend of my daughters therefore I felt safe using him for my estate auction. He refused to let me put a reserve on my vehicles, told my daughter a few weeks later that her son's would have to help set up or he would charge me more money. We caught him in several lies.
