Dr. Gardner extracted all 4 of my (impacted!) wisdom teeth 3 weeks ago and the experience was excellent from start to finish! Everyone I spoke to at every step of the process was very kind and understanding. I was so nervous, but they were very patient with me and answered all my questions. A few years back I went in and had a growth removed from the roof of my mouth. I was told the recovery was going to be awful however it was quite the opposite, I had a painless and quick recovery. I recently had 3 wisdom teeth removed and also had a very similar experience, the staff was kind and professional and they kept me very comfortable up to the surgery. Dr. Dymon and his staff were incredible
Went in, said I needed medical insurance. Gave them both and my dental. Said dental wouldn't cover it and still had issues with getting my medical straight. Came down to the procedure and was told my medical didn't take care of it and my dental only covered the visit. Not my procedure. Wasted everyone's time and I refused to pay anything after this. Make sure they take your insurance for anything! Total waste of time and my only part of my insurance would take care of. They need to take care of this before wasting everyone's... read more
Had a very difficult extraction that was made into a wonderful experience with everyone on staff. My comfort was main concern. I can't say enough about how excellent I was treated. Thank you.
