After reading negative reviews about Maynard Mgmt, I was very hesitant to do business with them and stated as much during our first walk-through. We rented with them and called two days later to say that one of the bedroom carpets had a terrible urine smell. Within a week, the carpet in that room was replaced and other repairs were completed. I am one of many people who rented a house for this company. They will keep your deposit. Before we were able to rent the house the pipes in it broke and flooded it. Instead of replacing the carpet they took it out a dried it all including the pads. Then they let us move in and claimed that they replaced everything. When we moved out they claimed that we ruined the carpet when "we" flooded it. I talked to other people who have rented from him and they have told me same stories.
