First of all Mark answered the phone!! We needed to have our new spa hooked up to the 240. He made an appointment to come out, came out on time, gave us a great estimate, ordered the part, showed up right on time, and now it's DONE. GREAT JOB!! Fast, clean, professional. I will definitely use him again!!
Everything was top notch! I always appreciate working with a company that just “gets it.” Everyone was on time, had great communication, and made sure everything looked great (as if it were their own home). This will by my go-to electrician from now on.
Mark was very responsive. The first time I called he picked up right away, listened and understood my whole situation and what I needed done quickly. He was able to come out on short notice within 24 hours. He even arrived at my house at 6:30am in the morning to complete the job last minute for me, so the rest of the workers could continue the timeline at 8am. Had an overall GFI problem in the house. I could not figure it out, and I have been in the electrical industry for 40 years! An hour of triage- boom , bad circuit breaker. Good to go- Thanks Mark.
Very helpful. We needed to resolve some concerns identified from inspection on the sale of our home. Job was completed in one visit and reasonably priced. I will use them again when we need an electrician for any further repairs or upgrades
