I’ve been seeing Dr. Peralta for a couple of years now. As a diabetic I’ve benefitted tremendously from her care. However, I have found members of her reception staff to be off putting, seemingly uncaring and impatient. The most recent incident happened today. At my last visit I set up a telehealth appointment for 10/28/25. I received a message that seemed to indicated that they were expecting an in-person visit so I called to confirm the telehealth visit hours before the appointment. After struggling with thyroid disease for over 18 years , and being forced to see dr akman who is extremely rude and unprofessional, I was sooo glad to find Dr Peralta! She is very thorough, kind, and knowledgeable about thyroid disease and it's effects on the body. I'm so glad she is here now to help the thyroid community 🙌 🙏
