I started seeing Dr. Peralta about 3 yrs ago. I went through several years of being made to feel like I was crazy. I would leave Dr. visits in tears. Dr. Peralta was kind, clear, and straightforward. If I could give Dr. Peralta 10 out of 5 stars I would. I've been a Type 1 Diabetic since 1989 (I was around 26 years old) and I have struggled with Diabetes from the beginning. My blood sugars are all over the place and over the years I/my body has paid the price for it but I'm still here 6ft above ground. I've had an insulin pump for 20+ years and that was a BIG life changer for me. I still have issues maintaining my blood sugars (my eating habits are AWFUL) but it sure helped them.
