I’ve been seeing Dr. Peralta for a couple of years now. As a diabetic I’ve benefitted tremendously from her care. However, I have found members of her reception staff to be off putting, seemingly uncaring and impatient. The most recent incident happened today. At my last visit I set up a telehealth appointment for 10/28/25. I received a message that seemed to indicated that they were expecting an in-person visit so I called to confirm the telehealth visit hours before the appointment.
