I honestly can’t recommend Arran enough. He’s supported me through multiple hockey injuries over the years, and the difference his advice has made is huge. I love his holistic style! He connects what I’m doing outside of hockey with what’s showing up in my body, and gives me practical ways to prevent issues and build strength.

There seems to be a lot of good reviews here but unfortunately my experience with Arran was quite bad bordering on traumatising. Went in for back pain and was given what felt like a lecture by a parent. There was also pushy sales tactics to try get me to buy some sandals I couldn’t afford. I was then told I would need orthotics for the rest of my life and must wear Asics to work every day (I work in a client-facing corporate job, this is simply unrealistic). I was also told some fear-mongering stories about how I could have ... read more
