Great customer service and my go-to flower shop
I had a wonderful experience at this florist. Peter and the women running the shop were incredibly kind and accommodating. When I mentioned that I needed specific roses on short notice, they said they could order them for me! Excellent service and genuine care. This will be my go-to florist from now on.
Best flower shop I have been to in Vancouver! Wonderful service, affordable prices and lovely, vibrant flowers! The kind lady and gentleman helped me throughout the process for picking an assortment of flowers to make a beautiful bouquet.
Very disappointed with my experience at this flower shop. The seller was extremely rude and dismissive. They didn’t listen to what I wanted and instead kept pushing their own choices without any regard for my preferences. It felt like they just wanted to sell what they liked, not what I asked for. Definitely not the kind of service you’d expect from a place that should be helping you with something as personal as flowers. I won’t be returning.
