Went to purchase a 2018 GMC, when we arrived to get ready to purchase was informed that truck had sold days prior. This was never communicated during days of phone conversation nor text messages. Before we arrived they ran credit report without permission to two Other financial institutions. They did the whole bait and switch trying to sell another truck to us. Would never recommend dealing with them. Took our son somewhere else and purchased a truck!
I entered this morning with my son, who's looking for a Mustang. My son dealt with the dark haired female (I didn't catch her name since I was still recovering from dealerships from the days prior). My son hasn't purchased yet, but the female was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and gave the comfort needed to know it would be a smooth and comfortable process.
