What happened? We still have 9 sessions with you guys?
I’m in a middle of the package. Still have about 12 hours left. Can someone please tell me what’s going on with this place? I can’t contact them.
They are on the FRONT PAGE of the Chinese Newspaper Sunday. They jumped town after talking me into renewing my membership package.
It felt really hot throughout the massage and I kept sweating from the start. I got a cold later probably because of this. The masseuse(Sandy) applied too much pressure, despite asking her to reduce pressure constantly. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
It has very excellent masseuses, always very happy to get a great massage. Jeff, Richard and Michael are my favorites. In fact, I used to go to physical therapy for an issue in my back and right leg and Jeff healed me. Thank you for having back my normal body without pain! I try to go at least once a month to heal and balance my body.
The manager allowed a woman to walk in, during my massage, unannounced, with a previous customer to help find her ring. The customer was allowed to walk around my room, moving my stuff, *lifting my sheets*, to find her ring. They (manager and customer) had their phones out to use the flashlight and not only was I not offered a refund, I was refused a refund. The manager refused to speak with me. This is unlawful and unprofessional.
I've been there twice and have no complaints about service. Will be back next time I visit the West Coast!
Best $40.00 ever spent for a massage. I strongly recommend them.
