Horrible landlord. maintenance staff took >3 months and 4 requests to fix a kitchen sink. My apartment was burgled immediately after moving in (make sure to get a new lock). They have issues with the mail room beyond a ridiculousness amount of theft. Their leasing office staff is inconsiderate, rude, and are more likely to blame you rather than recognize their incompetence. Only once I contacted city inspectors did they fix anything. They have entered my apartment several times without telling me. The list goes on...

Please avoid giving this company your business if at all possible. The leasing office neglects to take care of any issues, and rarely responds to emails or phone calls. The apartments are falling apart, and the radiators didn't work properly. The leasing office will also do anything it can to scam as much money as possible from the tenants, using incredibly predatory business practices. Renting from this company causes nothing but constant stress, and I don't have a single positive thing to say about them.
