The onsite Manager that lives there doesn’t care about the tenants needs. She favors the people she likes, there are smokers on all corners of the building so you can’t even open your windows for fresh air. People that move there, move out very quickly it’s no place to raise a family or have pets there’s no grassy area this Mayflower Apartments is a DUMPSTER, not worth renting.
When my wife was on her final days of pregnancy we moved in to this apartment complex. I’ve watched my daughter grow until the age of three in this apartment til we finally saved up enough to buy our house. I can honestly say our time in these apartments helped solidify us as a family. All the neighbors are nice, polite but most important…. They mind their own business which is worth gold with having neighbors.
