I had a disappointing experience with Toyota West Edmonton Mall. They called me to confirm that the part for my car had arrived and told me to bring my vehicle in so they could replace it. The next day, when I arrived, no one could find any information about the part or the appointment. I was asked to wait another two hours while they tried to figure out what was happening. Don't be fooled by their "free windshield chip repair coverage" offer! This experience was extremely disappointing. I brought my vehicle to Toyota WEM today to have a small windshield chip repaired. Instead of preventing further damage, the repair process caused the chip to spread into a much larger crack. Yes, I was told there’s a “small possibility” that the windshield could crack.
