I brought in my 2020 Highlander to this dealership where we purchased this vehicle and had an extremely disappointing experience. At just 130,000 kilometers, it needs a new $15,000 transmission. This is a known issue with Highlanders from this year, yet the dealership has offered no help, no support, and provided terrible customer service. I expected much better from the Toyota brand and the dealership. I am SO disappointed with this place - I would never purchase a vehicle here again or recommend that anyone else does. We purchased a used vehicle that had been inspected by their service department and was supposedly good to go - we also bought an extended warranty just in case.
