Bought my car here and it was zero pressure, no BS from everyone I dealt with. And since then I've had my car serviced for years at their shop and I have nothing but good things to say.

The cars are very pretty and the door is close to the bus stop and I appreciate that
I had a very bad experience with Toyota West Edmonton Mall. They charged me $755 even though they did not fix my car or solve the problem. After that, the service manager, Carson Sott, told me I must pay an additional $2,000 just to “clean the fuel pump.” When I asked why, he could not give a clear explanation.
