Went to multiple dealerships before landing here, We dealt with one of the sales team named Gurvinder. He was fantastic, professional, helpful, informative and above all polite. the service from phone call to in person meeting to purchase and everything in-between was efficient but not rushed or pushed. i can say that when dealing with WEM toyota you can do so with confidence!
Purchased some parts over the counter, and the associate Michael was SO helpful! Answered all of my questions and helped me find what I needed for my corolla. I recommend anyone to visit him for anything parts related :)
I have never had a better experience buying a vehicle. I did sales/finance on cars for 2 years previously. This place doesn't play any games or hide anything. Very very great dealership to buy from! Glad they had a New Corolla on order with the options I wanted it was a fast hassle free purchase. Rene was a great Product Advisor, Celia and Matthew were great in finance.
