I recently called this shop to speak with customer service regarding a service I had done here. The manager, Odale, answered the phone and immediately said, “We do not have customer service, what do you want?” When I asked to speak with the owner about my concern, he raised his voice and repeated that he was the manager. When I requested another contact, he refused to provide any number or additional assistance.
