Pretty good service when you don’t sit for half the day waiting for them to fix a check engine light.
I called to get pricing for a simple oil change and the woman who answered the phone demanded to know my vehicles VIN number before she'd give me a price quote...even though i know the year,make & model of my vehicle....unbelieveable
Took my truck there and it sat for a month and still never got as little as an estimation for repair and parts cost after calling and showing up in person week after week. Charged $113 for doing absolutely nothing. Broke my crankshaft bolt and didn’t fix it. Overall, very unsatisfactory, unprofessional, slow, and not worth anyone’s time. If you want good work done in a timely manner at a cost effective rate go to platinum automotive center.
