Quiet and pleasant – Nice and quiet place. I have lived here for four years and not had any problems.
The Real Deal – If you aren't into drugs, prostitution and partying these apartments are not for you! But if you are, come on over and pull up a chair on the porch, the manager and maintenance man would love to get high and wasted with you. The owner seems not to care either, so no worries there.
