The Real Deal – If you aren't into drugs, prostitution and partying these apartments are not for you! But if you are, come on over and pull up a chair on the porch, the manager and maintenance man would love to get high and wasted with you. The owner seems not to care either, so no worries there. Some people even have police scanners so don't you worry about getting busted by the cops. And if you like used appliances that constantly break down and 5 or 6 different people going in to your apartment "to fix things" when your not home, then you'll love it there!
