Review after a tour: Clarice barely acknowledged me on our tour, rushed us through and seemed to get very annoyed when I asked simple questions about the safety of residents (fall protocols, safety of residents during renovations they were doing, why there were random holes in the walls and ceiling, staff numbers, services they provide, ect - very basic questions). A friend of Mine relative resides here and I can't recommend this site enough the staff are lovely caring and nothing is ever a problem makes it easier for the family knowing that they are well looked after thank you !
After recently helping my Mum settle into Mayfield Aged Care I wanted to share my thanks to the management team, especially Clarice, Candice and Emily who helped make the transition, whilst difficult, manageable for our mum. The facilities are a little dated, but its all about the people and just lovely to chat with Nicola, who is part of the family that established the home ~43yrs ago. they are passionate about what they do and for us that was extremely important to give our mum the best care. Thks folks, we appreciate it!
