They misdiagnosed my wife and she was scheduled to get fitted for contacts the same week she received her glasses and seen they were the wrong prescription. Her appt for contact fitting (which was no longer necessary since they were the wrong prescription) was scheduled for a day we was expecting a big snow storm and my wife did not want to be out when it happened and tried to call the day before but the office was closed and she could not get through to anyone to let them know she was not coming.
