Horrible, horrible management service at Martello Tower near English Bay. One of Mayfair's properties. Insulting attitude, rude and irresponsible. Worst building manager ever, her name is Mari. the homepage slogan of Mayfair Properties is "Provide every guest the best possible service and exceed their expectations every time." Obviously, the Manager there, Mari, is not up to (far from it!) to the service standard they set out. She is definitely ruining their reputation as a property management.
