My boyfriend and I moved here back in august of 2019! It was our first place together so we were Clearly very naive to the fact that we were way overpaying for the apartment! It didn’t bother us until COVID hit, we were suddenly down to just my income and started falling behind on payments. Mayfair took us to court TWICE to try and evict us, we kept borrowing money from family to make the payments and just kept getting farther and farther behind! Best apartment complex we've lived in! The neighbors are friendly and the staff works diligently to ensure you're happy. We asked the maintenance team if they could power wash the deck and one of the leasing consultants, Keshonda Hammond, made sure we were taken care of immediately! While the buildings are on the older side, the company is working on upgrades and fixes to the aesthetics. The apartments are really big and we love the layout of our 2 bedroom, 2 bath.
