I get all of my watches here fixed and they always do an amazing job for a great price, never had a bad experience and I’ve been going there for 3+ years now.
Lovely store with a huge well curated selection, and really friendly and helpful staff.
I put a deposit down to get a custom ring made and was told stones(opal) would be available for me to pick out the next week. The next week goes by with no contact from Mayfair. Week two goes by and I'm losing my patience so I call and was told the head diamondologist, the person I talked to that processed my down payment, would be in the store the following week on Wednesday.
