Went to the old jewelry buying event. the rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt I received a fair price for my jewelry.
My wife and I have been to both stores and worked with a few different people (mostly Jon, though). Everyone has always been friendly and welcoming and we love the custom pieces that we had made. From design suggestions to specific recommendations for metals and stones to craftsmanship and ongoing support (with things like cleanings and inspections), we are extremely happy with our entire experience with them.
Just fantastic extremely helpful professionals at this place, both Latham & Glenville all the time!!! Quality jewelry and even better service!!!
I get all of my watches here fixed and they always do an amazing job for a great price, never had a bad experience and I’ve been going there for 3+ years now.
