This place manages a house I applied for. It has been 3 weeks and they have not gotten back to me. I paid $90 to apply. They answered me one time when I asked about the status of my application saying the company that does them is taking longer than normal and never said a word again. Shawn Chaudry is the person whom set up the showing. The lady in the office is the person who manages the house. Neither one of them had the decency to tell me if I was approved or denied. This last month they have taken three people rent and told them it may have been stolen through the drop box and they need to pay their rent again! Worse management in history!
