Not sure if this was a different property years ago, but I have nothing but amazing things to say about this apartment complex. It’s such a cute, cozy, peaceful and vintage building with tons of character. The landlords AND the tenants have been nothing but incredibly kind toward me since I moved to the Portland area, oftentimes going out of their way to make sure I’m happy or to say hello.
