THE APARTMENTS THEMSELVES ARE NOT GREAT! ITS PRACTICALLY A RETIREMENT COMMUNITY. THE MANAGER IS NEVER IN - AND RARELY ANSWERS THE PHONES. IN ADDITION TO WHICH IT TAKES A LONG TIME FOR MAINTENANCE ISSUES TO BE RESOLVED. THE OWNER SHOULD FIRE THIS MANAGER AND HIRE SOMEONE COMPETENT ENOUGH TO RUN THE PLACE AND MAKE IT A TRUE COMMUNITY INSTEAD OF THE PLACE WHERE YOUTH, HOPE, AND POTENTIAL GO TO DIE!!!!THE APARTMENTS ARE OVER 30 YEARS OLD.
