Be more truthful treat all of there Customers equally and stop giving their patients used medicine that they’re paying full price for and maybe even get a new office manager because she’s very rude
My husband took our dog in for a rabies shot. She has 2 tags on her collar showing per previous 3 year shot. Not good enough. Offered to take 5 minutes to get paperwork. No it’s fine email it to us. Still gave a 1 year shot. We have to have proof of her previous 3 year shot. She has a cyst, where?? No clue. We were not told where. No weight on my dogs paper?? The point of an exam is to examine the dog. No information given to us.

Hello Sarah, I'm sorry you were disappointed with your visit however we need legal documentation for previous Rabies vaccines in order to provide you with a 3 year Rabies certification. We will happily provide you with an appropriate certificate once previous records are submitted. Rabies tags can be easily transferred between patients and are why we cannot accept them as proof.
