In my experience Mayfair is extremely well maintained. The stores are high end and classy. Looking forward to the reopen of Boston Store. If by "ghetto" you mean diversity of customers, whatever. Go hide in the suburbs.
Nice mall, but it's the same ol' stuff. Never gets anything new or exciting here... To STAY, at least!
Worst mall in Milwaukee area. Brookfield or Mayfair crossing much better choices
