I used to really enjoy the mall. Today they let the police brutalize a kid. Pure negligence. They share the obligation of keeping the Tosa Police Department's accountable for their reckless abuse of power.
This mall is not safe, tosa cops beat people of color in the parking lot and I don’t see them doing shit about it. they may have even called them in the first place! Today it was a young 15 year old who got brutally beaten even as he lay on ground. Enough is enough
