I have lived at the Historic Mayfair in downtown Searcy for the past 5 years and I LOVE living here. The Mayfair will be a hundred years old In 2024, It operated for a half century as one of the nicest and most popular hotels, Dining & Banquet facilities In Arkansas. It was ran by two eccentric sisters, Miss May & Miss Rose, the sisters lived on-site in identical apartments, one above the other. Their niece, Miss Phyllis, ran the front desk.
