EDIT 2: I did schedule the service with them, and they came out and did it well. Used them once again for a larger service, and then again for a very large service (replacing all our outdoor sewage). Overall they did well for what was probably a reasonable price, so I'm raising my rating. Working with the office was never especially easy, but I always felt confident working with the actual plumbers and with the service and friendliness they gave us. Edit: I had a 5 star review from previous work done before. After several positive encounters of great service I called to schedule a new appointment. I needed it to be after 5pm so it would be overtime rates. Reluctant at first, I decided to pay the money to get it done and not miss work. I called at lunch today and am trying to schedule a basic toilet rebuild and figured I’d have them swap the shower trim parts while there.
