Mayer had a dispute with the Subdivision (Windsor Creek O’Fallon, IL) and packed-up in the middle of construction of our “custom home.” All the subcontractors packed up and left, and Mayer filled in with Tom, Dick, and Harry. Needless to say, everything from flooring to fascia had issues. Did Mayer lift one finger to honor the contract? No! Is this a company that stands by their work? No! Would I recommend them to my worst enemy? No! Do I think they care about anything but maximizing profits? NO, NO, NO!
While I have not used this company as a builder they are apart of the ownership of horribly ran apartment complexes! Autumn Oaks Apartments is one. Do better.

Their workers do not obey chesterfield city ordinances around proper working hours starting at 7. I will take this down when they do.
