Phenomenal experience overall! Ms. Mayer is very attentive. I know for myself I like when someone makes me think and I must say I did! Though this was a short experience it was very helpful!

Even though mental wellbeing is now in the public discourse, it is still difficult for people to become aware of mental issue and take action. I have received trainings at my job to become sensitive to the matter but it was so hard for me to accept the fact when i found myself under the mental breakdown hotspot.
