These historic apartments are in the best location and are very cute! I love the architecture
I thought this building had been torn down or was supposed to be torn down, thank God someone put a stop to that. Back when rents in Sacramento were reasonable, before circa 1985ish, you could find apartments for around $200 a month. These ones had hardwood floors and I believe murphy beds at one time. If they were fixed up nice would be great little pied-a-terre in the city and close to everything if you are carless.
I was a tenant and was harassed by management so that they could remove me from my apartment and raise rent.
