I would be highly reluctant to let these people into your home. Not only did they steal my $100 ladder (which was identical to the one they were using) but they strung me along telling me they were going to return it, all politely until a month later when push came to shove and after numerous ignored phone calls, I finally got the owner who not only was rude and offensive but laughed at my frustration and ran me in frustrating circles trying to clear this up.
