I lived here for two years and while there were a few bumps in the road when I first moved in I can confidently say it was a great place to live. My apartment was extremely spacious, maintenance and leasing managers would handle issues quickly and it is in a great location: 20 mins to downtown and a mile from Little Italy. Moving out was a breeze and I will miss this location! I visited a close relative who lives at Maycourt Apartments. Their apartment was very nice and cozy and rather easy to get to. They love living there.
Leaving bad review because of the response to your review. Saying someone is abusing a platform when they have photos of your disgusting upkeep on apartments. Giving someone a great deal doesn’t mean they have to live in trash. I won’t be applying here anymore
What a nightmare! I had high expectations moving into this apartment given the special rate I was offered on rent. However, after moving into a dirty, damaged apartment I understood the ‘special’ rate. There were stains on the floor, carpet, and walls. The building was constantly full of trash and falling apart. Good luck getting any maintenance request fulfilled within a 2 month time frame. The building also constantly smells of weed and no snow removal in the winter either. 0/5 stars.
