Over the years I have been an owner and a renter. Recently I was the renter of a house managed by Mayco. I now have a rule. Renting or owning, never use Mayco. Kevin has been running this scam where he farms out all of the maintenance requests to a “vendor”. Kevin owns that vendor. The vendor does the cheapest shoddiest job possible.
