I had never even heard of this place, however I've never really had a need for a dog spa. I was helping to rescue a little poodle that I couldn't help but to love. They took him in and done an amazing job. Thank you all so much!!!
I took a rescue dog to them today that was matted worse than I've ever seen before. They immediately began to work on him saying regardless of who was paying, they had to help the dog. I stayed for the first hour being amazed by their work and was trying to help hold him since I was the only one he was somewhat familiar with. They did an outstanding job and their compassion for the animal was amazing. Actually one of them said they would actually keep the dog if no one wanted him. I took my little Tobe today for grooming and when I picked him up he was perfect. Greg and his team took great care to make sure I was happy with how Tobe looked. We will definitely be back.
I got to take a tour of the hotel yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. Meeting Johnathan and Greg was a true pleasure. Their love for animals and desire to love and care for their clients is heroic.

This place is absolutely amazing! There are not even enough words to describe how wonderful and caring these owners are. We took a tour of the Grand Pup Hotel today while my dogs were being groomed; and I must say, it is nothing short of amazing. No cages or kennels here people! Your dogs will be treated to their own private room/suite. Plus they are adding a pool and exercise room that will be completed in March 2017!!!! I can not wait to see pictures of that�. Such a cool shop! Stopped in from Maryland and found this unique and special place. As pet lovers, we were in heaven. Went home to Maryland for birthday treats for our boy and non birthday treats for our kitty. Saw the hotel and figured I could stay there. So, so cool!! You guys are rockin Mt. Airy.
