I wanted to share my experience because I think it's important for ownership to hear this and learn from their mistakes. I left a message for them and have not heard back. I figured it was important to share since it may apply to just one mechanic. I sent my ride on lawnmower to Mayberry with a list of items to be repaired so I can keep the unit for years to come. Hey Rob I'm glad we talked last night. As the owner and someone that cares, this made me sick to my stomach. The person who did this is no longer employed here! You have every right to be disappointed in the work and yes a refund is on the way. We don't want to loose you as a customer.

Friendly and very knowledgeable. Bob took the time to help me pick out the right model to fit my needs and he had the patience to work with me while I picked out the accessories. Jeb is a Master technician and a craftsman. He recommended and set up dual fish finders and linked them to the trolling motor. Thanks again guys!
