I would not recommend trusting this agency with purchasing a house. We worked with the realtor Kelly for a month on a house buying process. Once everything cleared and the loan was in place, we signed all of our necessary paperwork and had to wait for the seller to sign it. She called us in the morning and told us that everything was looking good and that she was going to get the ball rolling to the owner of the home for the purchase agreement. Mayberry Reality helped with purchase of our current home 4 years ago. Recently November of 2024 sold a 2 ND home we had and working with Mayberry is always wonderful. You ignore renter reviews of Mayberry as for listing and for driving in the snow to find a home they were truly knowledgeable! Will use them again.
