Me and my son living here going on 3 years now Love how the apartment is all one flat ground and you have your own door to go in and out of. Love the view and vibe, quit, everyone is super friendly around,love the large living room area, prefect for a kid too my son is five and loves the court yard ,easy to watch him play he loves the trees. Love how you don't have any neighbors Above and below you. The windows give a lot air flow when open for fresh air too.
