Nice quiet place, friendly people clean rooms.
Plus is cleanliness and friendly front desk staff. For the price- $416 for 4 nights- seemed high for accommodations. They were full so hubby and I were given a room with 2 double beds. That would have been fine but headboards were not anchored and each time we moved, the headboard slammed against the wall. Hoped the folks next door were heavy sleepers! Smallest bathroom I had seen since a walk up at an inexpensive hotel in Paris. No room coffee maker, ironing board etc. To summarize, will just say again how clean it is...
A great place with a lot of character! Family owned and operated by great people. Felt right at home. Can’t wait to go back!

Great Place to stay. Extremely clean rooms and very friendly staff. Also very affordable. Aunt Beas Room and the office is great, lots of cool things from Aunt Bea and the show. The Motel Compound is very nice also with a big gazebo to relax, swim in the pool, or check out the old Barney Fife Police car.

Nice quiet reasonable priced place to stay . Staff was very friendly and helpful in finding places to go . We came here to relax and enjoy Mayberry . And eat good . And we did .
