Horrible manager named Rebecca. She’s extremely rude and racist against white people and people with children. She stalks people and has her maintenance people stalk the tenants too. There are rats and roaches in the apartments and she doesn’t do anything about it. She lies about everything and acts like she knows everything until she is put in her place. All of the kids are afraid of her and won’t come outside to play until after she leaves for the day.
