Caring. Wonderful and straight to the point. She cares about her patients and she understands where they are coming from and needing. She has understood me from day one. The whole staff!! I thank them all
Dr. URSALES Is the 1st Dr. In many years to finally get me to ALL the correct specialists for my care. She is compassionante, kind and knowledgeable. She always checked back with me and I loved that she is a effective communicator. Letting me know in a tone and words that make sense and I never ever left her office wondering or shaking my head.
Dignity health hold line/automated system reviews the promises of quality and dignity. But they don't have either. I've been trying to get help but everyone there has been not helpful. One doctor even made me watch as she poured my pee sample into the toilet to prove to me my pee was yellow when I already told her I know I'm dehydrated today but can you please help me with my ongoing symptoms not related to temporary dehydration. Now they charge me $600 because they don't know how to bill 2 insurances no matter how many time... read more
