My husband bought me a pair of gold hoops for Christmas. The second time I put them on, they dented. I tried to get an exchange or refund but they said they would do neither and they could try to repair them at $20 per earring but didn't think they could be repaired. They said it was my fault for opening them too much and that wouldn't be covered by any warranties. Their storefront is plastered with their 24 month free repair and warranty claim.
