Dr Patel and Helene were great and took the time to explain everything. Shawn was top notch exceptional when it came to the choices for glasses and provided me with multiple options. This helped me to make the best decision for my needs. He was patient and informative. Thank you to the entire staff.
Dr. Patel is excellent. His knowledge and passion in his field is apparent upon meeting him . I am grateful to have had him treat me in the office . The staff was equally fantastic and all around the professional treatment I received over exceeded my expectations .
I tripped and fell, and pulled the temple arm away from the hinge. I went to the team at MyEyeDr to see if they could fix it. It turned out to be a bit more complicated than expected, but he got the job done. Wouldn't take a penny even though I offered. Very pleasant and professional staff. Thank you!
