While the staff and dentist were very nice, I was shocked by the unprofessional questioning and insinuations about my personal life that were made during the appointment. I left feeling very uncomfortable. Religious judgement should not occur in a professional medical setting.
Dr Leister and her staff were so supportive and friendly to my 91 year old relative. They made sure that her denture was ready the same day as her visit so she could enjoy her dinner that evening. My relative is grateful for Dr Leister’s expertise, caring heart, and thoughtfulness.
Dr. Faber and his staff are wholly focused on customer service. He is extremely professional and skilled. Hygienist Pam is an absolute joy!! Been a patient for 17 years and I’m not going anywhere else. I always leave the office feeling like everyone there took great care of me. And, I always leave with a smile, even on those days I’m having a rough time with the rest of the world.
All I did was my initial intake meeting. I’ve had countless initial intake meetings with health professionals before and this was awful. She kept asking me leading questions and didn’t like my answers I guess so she took an event I shared with her and molded it to fit her narrative. She shamed me. I’ve felt nothing but shame and guilt since I met with her. Also she has no sense of awareness- my mental health journey spans across 15yrs and she couldn’t grasp that. The billing department does not know how to submit claims. When you try to work with them to figure out the situation, they rudely state that they won't talk to you, you need to talk to third party billing company. However, it took several attempts to find out that they use a third party billing company. They did not reveal that at first. The office staff was condescending, and, no exaggerating, yelled at me on the phone. I have never been disrespectful, rude or have never raised my voice to anyone there. We have been seeing Dr. Nourbash for our son Mark for many years. Simply our favorite doctor who gives attention, care, time, and direction. Dr. Nourbash promptly addressed and expedited testing and care for a recent health issue our son had. Could not ask for more from a doctor.

The lady seems too old to be practicing medicine. She barely touched on the reason we were there in the first place! She was entirely focused on the conditions that were related to the pharmaceutical medications displayed in her waiting area! Ive got 1 thing to say about that #$$kickbacks$$. Lady standup and do the right thing......RETIRE ALREADY
