The owner, Simone, is awesome. Very kind and pleasant to deal with. She gave great ideas for gifts and for my children. I had no problem returning one of the items I bought. Her merchadising is of high quality and unique. I became a fan. My favorite kids store. I recommend

Absolutely love this boutique! The owner is an amazing curator of fashion and gifts and provides an amazing shopping experience.
I was treated very badly by the owner, Simone Oettinger, who lied to me about her store's refund policy and then could not properly execute a refund through my Visa card. After being put off by her for weeks with promises of a refund I am now in the process of challenging the charge with the credit card company. I will never set foot in the store again.
