Rich was amazing, walked me through the whole piercing process. I felt very comfortable with him to ask questions and relaxed enough to let him pierce me. My overall experience was phenomenal. Also would like to add they are very professional and helpful over the phone, Would recommend to anyone.

Eve was super nice and willing to work with me on my tattoo design. The result was exactly what I wanted. She was also very informative and helpful during the process. Both my tattoo and piercing were exactly what I was hoping for! Very happy and will return for future pieces.
I had Rich for a couple piercings. He knows exactly what he’s talking about and makes you feel at home! Highly recommend here for any kind of piercing!!
6 minutes late to an appointment and no one was there, nor did she answer her phone. Already paid for parking. She is quite unprofessional.

Maya is clean and welcoming. I was very nervous to get my 3rd lobe piercing, after 6 years between it and my last ones. I wish I would've gone here from the very beginning. Rich is very kind, reassuring and helpful during the entire process. You can tell he cares about his clientele, which I appreciate beyond words. They also had many options in jewelry, for various budgets. If I need another piercing, there's no doubt I'll end up back here!
I chose Maya for a piercing after doing research on shops and their reviews were outstanding. Right away the shop was very easy to work with for scheduling and answering questions. When I arrived for my appointment it was the first time I’d been in the shop and I knew right away I made a good choice. The shop is so nicely done and was immaculately clean.
