I have been completely satisfied with Dr Jonas. Her and the clinical staff are great!
She doesn’t care about her patients and their situation. Tries to force meds with no regard for patients concern to severe side effects to probably get a kick back from the medicine supplier. If you ask for alternatives she doesn't have any just keeps pushing expensive medication that is new and untested. Absolutely no bedside manner or understanding of a patient’s concerns.
Made a new patient appointment last May. Earliest was a year out with waitlist option for earlier apt. Two days ago receive a text if would like an opening for an earlier appointment. Call the number and say yes. Schedule with Amy for today. Arrive at the appointment time and it says my appointment was canceled 20 minutes after it was made by the scheduler with no given. Doctor and front desk won’t see me today even though it was their scheduler’s fault and “She is always doing this.” and of course my original appointment is... read more
